I followed a multidisciplinary university training in the fields of mathematics, neurosciences of cognition and legal and political sciences. Also trained in coaching as well as in the practice of several therapeutic methods, I am a specialist in the notion of learning in psychology, neurosciences and also an expert in the field of artificial intelligence.
I am convinced that the research and the progress made in the understanding of cerebral functioning are capable of revolutionizing the way we approach and think about humans, particularly within the company, and allow the development of adapted methods, optimal in the areas of human resources, recruitment, therapeutic actions and coaching. This is the reason why I wanted to found with Elisabeth, my partner, I.R.I.S. Formation Conseil, a company which enjoys a solid scientific base of first rank and a strong operational capacity.
Originally from the region of Valencia, I joined the Swiss territory in 1998.
Agility and endurance are qualities essential to carry out our activity daily.
It is important to me to reveal the resources and awaken everyone's uniqueness. I encourage and mobilizes our clients to show courage, to dare to make real choices in accordance with their values and their deep aspirations in order to promote success and fun.
For more than 15 years, I have been working with tools developed by IRIS and today I am very proud to actively participate in its deployment as well
well in France than in Switzerland.
I've also the immense privilege of collaborating with Christophe; we have a real synergy which allows us to constantly build and innovate.
